RESPECT

Spaces should be left clean and organized. The Space Guides provided to you have pictures and descriptions how the space should look when you leave it. Please report any damage or missing items immediately.

SIGNS & ADVERTISING/MARKETING

The Licensee shall not, without Licensor’s prior written consent, make any changes to or paint the Shared Space,install any lighting, decorations or paintings, or erect or install any window or door

ANIMALS

No pets of any kind nor emotional support animals shall be permitted in the Shared Space. Service animals are permitted in the Shared Space.

FOOD

All food is to be stored, consumed and disposed of in the LOUNGE only. Label items in the refrigerator and remove expired items regularly.

SECURITY & ACCESS

The main building door code may be shared with clients, however the code for the ZEST suite itself should not be shared and will be changed regularly for security. That door should be left unlocked during business hours for clients to enter and exit freely. ZEST is not responsible for lost or stolen items, and unless you have a designated storage space you must take all personal belongings with you when you leave the space.

SECURITY CAMERAS

The suite has security cameras throughout the common areas. The purpose of these cameras is to maintain a safe, secure and respectful environment for collective members and clients. Footage is accessed only by authorized personnel and for investigating incidents such as theft, vandalism or violations.
